3. Description of Services
COCRAFT provides a gamified entrepreneurship platform that offers step-by-step guidance, personalized support, and rewards to help you navigate the process of starting and growing a business. Our services include AI-powered advice, business development tools, access to community features, and participation in our Discord channels.
4. User Responsibilities
Conduct: Users must use the service responsibly and ethically. You agree not to use COCRAFT for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
Prohibited Activities: This includes but is not limited to uploading harmful content, spamming, violating intellectual property rights, and engaging in fraudulent activities.
Community Features: These rules also apply to all community features, including our Discord channels. Users must adhere to the rules and guidelines specific to each Discord channel.
5. Account Creation and Management
Account Creation: To use certain features of COCRAFT, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on COCRAFT, except for user-provided content, are owned by COCRAFT or its licensors.
User Content: You retain ownership of the content you create and submit through COCRAFT. Any input from the user is not the intellectual property of COCRAFT. By submitting content, you grant COCRAFT a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the services.
7. Business Ideas and Specifications
COCRAFT does not and will never own or have the right to use any of the content provided by the user. We can only use the content if the user has explicitly opted in for a reward, where the reward has been explained extensively. Examples include our investor intro or the first pitch podcast. Users will be provided with detailed information about the opt-in feature before their content is used.
8. Third-Party Services
Third-Party LLMs: We use third-party large language models (LLMs) such as those from OpenAI. Your use of these services is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.
Compliance: You agree to comply with any third-party terms applicable to the services used within COCRAFT.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimers: COCRAFT is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content provided through our services.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, COCRAFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
10. Termination
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these ToS or engage in prohibited activities.
11. Governing Law
These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to the ToS
We may update these ToS from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you through the application or via email. Your continued use of COCRAFT after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
